💡 Why cook your meatballs in an Air Fryer?

Traditionally, kefta requires a lot of oil to prevent sticking, which can make the dish heavy. The Air Fryer uses convection to create a thin, crispy crust that seals in the juices. The result? A tender meatball that never dries out. It's the ideal method for healthy and delicious weeknight meals.

🛒 Ingredients

For 4 people
🥩 500g Minced Meat
🧅 1 medium onion
🧄 2 cloves of garlic
🌿 1 Coriander/Parsley
🌶️ 1 Ras el hanout

🍽️ Preparation steps

1. The mixture: In a bowl, mix the meat with the grated onion, pressed garlic, chopped herbs, spices, salt and pepper. Mix well to distribute the aromas.
2. Shaping: Form balls the size of a walnut. Moisten your hands to prevent the meat from sticking.
3. Cooking: Preheat to 200°C. Place the meatballs in the basket (without overlapping them). Spray with a little olive oil. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes , shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Chef's Tip: For even lighter meatballs, add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt directly to the stuffing.
