🛒 Ingredients
For 6 muffins
🌾 120g Flour
🧈 60 g Melted butter
🍬 80 g Sugar
🥚 1 Egg
🥛 80 ml Milk
🍫 80g Nuggets
💡 + 1 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt!
🍳 The step-by-step recipe
1 The mixture: Whisk the egg with the sugar and melted butter. Stir in the milk, then the flour, baking powder and salt.
2. The indulgent touch: Add the chocolate chips with a spatula. Don't overwork the dough to keep it moist!
3 Filling: Pour the batter into muffin tins (silicone or paper) to 3/4 full.
4. Cooking: Place the mussels in the basket. Cook at 160°C for 12 minutes .
