⚡ Express preparation steps

1. Hollowing: Cut off the tops and remove the flesh with a spoon. Tip: Salt the inside and turn them upside down on paper towels to remove excess water.
2. Mix: Bind the meat with the chopped onion, garlic, egg, and parsley. Add a little of the reserved tomato pulp for moisture.
3. Fill: Fill the tomatoes, replace the tops and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake: Place them in the basket at 180°C for 18 minutes . Check the color after 15 minutes.
