🧀 Farmhouse cheese – Ferme de la Bouzule 🇫🇷
Distributeur : La Bouzule
A characterful cheese, 100% from Lorraine, made from raw goat's milk 🐐
Made at the Ferme de la Bouzule , in Laneuvelotte (54), this farmhouse goat's cheese is made from raw goat's milk produced on site, using artisanal know-how passed down from generation to generation.
Its natural beige rind and ivory paste reveal a cheese that is both mild, aromatic and distinctive , with a supple and melting texture.
Matured for several weeks in the farm's cellars, this tomme develops subtle notes of hazelnut and hay , typical of Lorraine farmhouse cheeses, while retaining a lovely freshness on the palate 🌿
