Alélor
The story of Alélor condiments, named after the two regions of Alsace and Lorraine, began in 1873. Respect for ancestral know-how has since guaranteed a tasty mustard and authentic horseradish. Our originality also lies in a short supply chain thanks to a local agricultural sector. Indeed, Alélor uses horseradish roots grown exclusively in Northern Alsace and is working to re-establish a mustard seed crop in the region.
Alélor is thus the last sweet mustard factory in Alsace and the only French company processing horseradish roots. Alélor, with 19 employees, boasts an annual production of 120 tons of horseradish, 500 tons of gherkins, and 1,000 tons of mustard.
