For over 40 years, the BOURDON family and the GAEC des Caprines have been producing farmhouse goat's cheese in Sommerviller.

With its wealth of experience, the GAEC des Caprines does everything it can to offer you a varied range of cheeses made from the milk of its herd of goats.

As part of a more virtuous agricultural approach and to ensure the quality of our products, our herd receives GMO-free feed, all of the fodder of which is produced on the farm.
