GAEC of Lorraine smoked

FERME HAFFNER cultivates 110 HA of cereals (in sustainable cultivation) which are used in the entire production of feed for our pigs which are born and grow up on the farm (farmer, fattener). We add flax to the rations which gives us Bleu Blanc Cœur certification.

The pigs are processed on the farm in our CE workshop, without nitrite salt, without coloring and limiting additives to produce genuine farmhouse charcuterie.
