We are Hugues Martineau and Matthieu Le Chantoux , two passionate cousins, Independent Salt Marsh Producers and Harvesters , committed to preserving ancestral know-how.
Our saltworks , located on the salt marshes of Guérande , are in the commune of Assérac , while our workshop is located in Saint-Molf . There we harvest by hand an exceptional salt, shaped by the ocean, the sun and the wind , in accordance with tradition.
