Confitures du Climont are 40 types of jams and jellies, made in Alsace according to the traditional recipe: with fruit and sugar only, without gelling agents or preservatives.
Currently run by the second generation, this company is certified by the French State as a Living Heritage Company, Excellence of French know-how.
Every year, Les Confitures du Climont produces more than 40 tonnes of jams and jellies.
