The Marchand Brothers
Holders of ripening secrets for six generations, Maison Marchand is one of the largest and oldest cheese refiners in France. Comprised of four brothers, Philippe, Patrice, Éric, and Charles, and their network of small producers deeply committed to their craft, they are committed to sharing and conveying the taste of French terroir with you through typical cheeses from all four corners of France.
On September 23, 2016, in Nancy, Les Frères Marchand won the World Record for the “Largest Cheese Platter” in the Guinness Book by presenting 730 varieties of raw milk cheeses produced mainly by small producers over a length of more than 40 meters.
Since then, Les Frères Marchand has enjoyed a worldwide reputation and has opened up to the world by exporting these cheeses to all four corners of the globe (Dubai, Hong Kong, Bangkok, New Caledonia, etc.) and by sharing their expertise at exhibitions (Universal Expo 2022 in Dubai).
