Grape varieties: GAMAY 80% - PINOT NOIR 20% - Average age of the vines: 25 years.

Clay-limestone soil. East, South-east exposure.

Vinification: pneumatic pressing of destemmed grapes. Static settling then alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (18°C) for 10 days.

Malolactic fermentation avoided. Selection of vats from the year after tasting, this vintage is bottled quite early (May).

Packaging: 75cl bottle or case of 6 75cl bottles.
