Grape varieties CHARDONNAY 50% - PINOT NOIR 25% - GAMAY 25% - Pneumatic pressing of the entire harvest.
Settling and alcoholic fermentation with Champagne yeasts at 18°C. Malolactic fermentation is preferred.
Second fermentation in bottles from May, fermentation and aging for 3 years on slats.
Disgorging with ice and light dosage (5 g/l).
Packaging: 75cl bottle or case of 6 75cl bottles.
