This single-variety recipe is hand-cooked using simple, wholesome ingredients, all carefully selected: virgin olive oil from Occitanie, a hint of garlic, fair-trade cane sugar, and Guérande salt. The result: a smooth, balanced, and ultra-flavorful sauce.
