Cinnamon sticks

It is an aromatic spice which is the second bark of the branches of a laurel tree: the cinnamon tree or Ceylon cinnamon.

The fragrant bark of some other trees is also sold under the name of cinnamon, but that of Ceylon is by far the best and most fragrant.
