Cooked broth (water, lard, Guérande salt, pork rind, herbs), pork (200 g), salted bacon (65 g), unsmoked sausage (35 g – lean pork 65%, pork throat 27%, Guérande salt, pepper, spices, natural casings), lentils, carrots, pearl onions.
