🐟 500 g
Whitefish
🥚 2
Eggs
🍞 80 g
Panko
🌾 40 g
Flour

⚡ Preparation steps

1. Drying: Pat your fillets dry thoroughly. Moisture is the number one enemy of crispiness!
2 Assembly: Dip in flour, then beaten egg, and finally press firmly in Panko.
3. Baking: Preheat to 200°C. Arrange without overlapping and spray lightly with oil.
4 Timing: Cook for 8 to 10 minutes , turning halfway through cooking.
🤩 Lou's secret: For an "ultra-crunchy" coating, mix some unsweetened cornflakes into your breadcrumbs. Guaranteed success with kids!
