An iconic cheese of the Alps, Reblochon de Savoie AOP has its origins in the Thônes Valley dating back to the 13th century. It owes its name to the "re-bloche," the second hidden milking of the peasants, a source of richer milk, which is the origin of this cheese with its delicate and creamy flavor.
