🍪 Giant Air Fryer Cookie: Soft center, crispy edges
Do you dream of a quick, ultra-indulgent and impressive dessert? This giant cookie combines an irresistibly gooey center and perfectly crispy edges – ready in 10 minutes, without even preheating your oven!

💡 Why make a cookie in the Air Fryer?

Thanks to its ultra-fast convection heating technology, the Air Fryer sears the outside of the cookie to create a biscuity crust while preventing the inside from drying out. The result? A contrast of textures worthy of the finest New York pastries.

🛒 Ingredients

Serves
🧈 100g Soft unsalted butter
🍬 80g Brown sugar
🥚 1 Whole Egg
🌾 150g T55 Flour
🍫 120g Chocolate Chips
🥄 1 tsp Baking powder

🧂 + A pinch of salt and vanilla for flavor!

⚡ The steps to a perfect cookie

1 The base: Work the softened butter with the sugar until you obtain a cream. Incorporate the egg and vanilla.
2 The dry ingredients: Add flour, yeast and salt. Mix without overworking the dough, then add 3/4 of the chocolate chips.
3. Assembly: Form a large disc on baking paper. Add the remaining chocolate chips on top.
4. Baking: Bake at 160°C for 8 to 10 minutes . The cookie should be golden but still very soft in the center.
🍦 Lou's secret: Let the cookie cool for 5 minutes outside the basket. It will firm up slightly around the edges while keeping its gooey center. Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate combo!
