🐟 2 Fresh Cod Fillets
🍞 30 g Breadcrumbs
🌿 1 tbsp Chopped herbs
🫒 1 tbsp Olive oil

1 The Mix: Mix breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic, lemon zest and oil in a bowl to create a moist sand.
2 The Fish: Dry the backs well with absorbent paper (crucial for crispiness).
3. The Breading: Press the mixture onto the top of the cod loins.
4. Cooking: Place in the basket at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes depending on the thickness.
