The Air Fryer yogurt cake is the ultimate solution for a quick snack. Its convection cooking gives it a thin, golden crust while keeping the center incredibly light and airy. Ready in under 30 minutes! 🥄💛

🛒 Ingredients

For 6 people
🥛 1 Plain Yogurt
🥚 2 Eggs
🫙 2 Sugar
🌾 3 Flour
🫛 0.5 Neutral oil
1 Yeast

👩‍🍳 The step-by-step recipe

1 The base: Mix the yogurt with the eggs and sugar. Use the empty yogurt container to measure the oil, flour, and baking powder. Whisk until you obtain a smooth batter.
2 The mold: Choose a mold (metal or silicone) that fits in your basket. Butter it well and pour in the mixture.
3. Baking: Preheat to 160°C. Bake for 25 minutes . The fan-assisted heat will ensure the cake rises evenly.
4 Test: Insert a knife: if it comes out dry, it's ready! Let it cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
Lou's tip: For an even more delicious cake, add chocolate chips or lemon zest directly to the batter!

What type of mold should I use?

All heat-resistant molds (silicone, stainless steel, glass) will work. Just make sure they allow some air to circulate around the sides of the basket.

Is the cake too brown on top?

If your appliance is getting very hot, reduce the temperature to 150°C for the last 10 minutes or cover with a small piece of baking paper.
