100% destemming without crushing the dried grapes.
Alcoholic fermentation starting at 25°C and ending at 30°C.
Malolactic fermentation is sought. After being cooled, the wine is aged for 3 months in vats and bottled early (April).
Packaging: 75cl bottle or case of 6 75cl bottles.
