Grape variety GAMAY 80% PINOT NOIR 20% - Traditional vinification by pressing whole grapes from early harvests to achieve an optimal sugar/acid balance.
Aged for 18 months on slats.
Raw dosage (9 g/l). Blended with Lorraine Mirabelle plum brandy and Mirabelle plum syrup.
Packaging: 75cl bottle or case of 6 75cl bottles.
