Barbecue mix

This powdered spice blend is more complex than herbes de Provence, it is also spicier, notably thanks to a note of black pepper which gives it all its character.

Ingredients: Rosemary, pepper, basil, parsley, cloves, bay leaf, nutmeg, marjoram, savory, thyme, garlic, yellow mustard, onion, coriander, allspice, smoked chili.
