This Swedish potato recipe is an easy recipe that combines the tenderness of baked potatoes with the flavor and crunch of sautéed potatoes, enhanced by garlic and thyme.
The ingredients: 🥔
- Potato
- Pepper
- Salt
- Chopped garlic🧄
- Thyme
- Olive oil
- Spices of your choice
- Aromatic herbs of your choice 🌿
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped garlic, and any spices or herbs you like. ❤️
- Clean the potatoes and dry them with a cloth. Make slits every 2 or 3 millimeters without cutting them. The best technique is to place the potato between two chopsticks so that the knife stops on the chopsticks when making the cuts and doesn't cut through them.
- Place the potatoes in a dish. Brush the potatoes with your mixture. Using a knife, spread the potatoes apart slightly to allow the oil to penetrate.
- Season with salt and pepper. Place the potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes. Depending on the size and variety of the potato, cooking time can vary from 35 to 45 minutes in general.
All you have to do is dress and enjoy 😊
